Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGreat facility and maintenance is super friendly and prompt. An improvement on it being more child friendly would be great and staff that welcomed children would be more appreciated. Dogd are loved here though So that's a plus.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy wife and I feel in love this community because of its location and amenities. The staff and maintenance are always looking out for the community and is residents. It's very convenient to shopping centers, movies, gas stations and entertainment. The pool and common areas including elevators are always kept clean and fresh. Thank You NEXUS for a job well done. The only downside was our rent increased more than what I would have paid on a mortgage for a house. Had it not been for this I would have rated NEXUS with a 5 star.

Service in the leasing office is top-notch and Samantha greets me with a smile each time I visit. I was happy to renew my lease and spend another year calling this my home.

The staff members are at reach if anything is needed it gets handled and situated the same day. It’s such a clean piece of mine to come home to some thing a call home.
