Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy family and I have only been here 5 days and the management and staff have made this place feel more like home than anywhere we have lived in the past 10 years or even longer. We are working towards owning a home soon, but until then, Nexus Brandon is our home away from home.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSo far staff is really friendly, like most apartments sometimes I have to bother them multiple times to get what I need but they do it quick enough where its acceptable. The residents who live here are pretty friendly and the area is safe, location is close to everything so you're getting a pretty good bang for your buck

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe main building has great amenities. However, we feel like second class citizens on the other side. No soap in the pool bathrooms, outdoor mail room, no get together space indoors...

Starting with management the property manager Yolanda Morales is a complete sweetheart. Always makes time for her residents and is easy to get in contact with. The leasing staff are friendly and professional and the maintenance team are top notch always going above and beyond. The amenities are always clean along with the breezeways. I will definitely miss living here the location was perfect close to everything especially the highways.
If you're looking to rent look no further this is definitely the place beautiful interiors, amazing location and superb customer service. I loved living here.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe leasing office agents are very nice and so are most of the people. Some neighbors are not conscious about their noise levels and the parking is kind of horrible but not the worst place to live.
