Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThis is my 4th year living here. Everything is close by, the leasing office is quick and easy to work with. There is a nice walkable trail that is close by. The area keeps expanding with new business and different types of cuisines.

|Recommended: YesProperty Review — Nice staff but noisy buildings, can hear everything. Grounds need a redesign like maybe a southwest look with stones and boulders zero scape. At least one assigned parking handicap space near an exit would be nice.

One of the best parts of living here are the friends i’ve made, and the incredible staff and maintenance team who truly make this community feel like home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Everything from the pool and gym to the common areas is always clean and inviting. Overall, I couldn’t be happier living here. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, with a great management team.

Lo que más destaca es la atención de la Gerente Yolanda. Es una persona comprometida, amable y extraordinariamente eficiente. Cada vez que he necesitado coordinar el uso de las instalaciones del complejo para reuniones — como el Business Center — Yolanda siempre ha respondido con rapidez y disposición, haciendo todo el proceso sencillo y fluido. ¡Su tiempo de respuesta es impresionante

The building is clean, the tenants are welcoming, and the apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I am truly enjoying my tenancy here and look forward to continuing to do so.

|Recommended: YesMoving is a hectic experience in general for most people gathering documents, and the expense. Sara, made the whole process of moving-in very easy by helping us navigate the application process, and keeping communications open.
