Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesExperience has been pleasant, I renewed my lease for another year. I like that I am close to a lot of stores, restaurants, highways but far enough to not be in the immediate tampa area with all the traffic.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThis has been the best apartment to live in since making the decision to move to Tampa. The location is perfect, it's close to everything and is very safe. It's cozy, new and very convenient. It's sad to say that we are parting ways this November.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe community is peaceful. My children and I haven’t had any problems with the area. Coming from a different state was a smooth transition. I appreciate it.
