The staff is super friendly and helpful and the amenities are fantastic. But the best part is the delicious chicken they have on the menu It's definitely worth a try if you're looking for a place to live. Highly recommended

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThis has been the best apartment to live in since making the decision to move to Tampa. The location is perfect, it's close to everything and is very safe. It's cozy, new and very convenient. It's sad to say that we are parting ways this November.

My apartment is so lovely that people in my office discuss it very often and they are also looking to purchase apartments therein. People feel many advantages of my apartment, especially about its locality, space, its connectivity to other places, all facilities and shopping malls in neighborhood and several other advantages.
