Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI like this apartment complex. It's very convenient as far as malls and restaurants. Management and maintenance is on top with the upkeep of the property. Overall, it's a very comfortable place to live.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesYolanda and Samantha are absolutely the best and most phenomenal leaders who make sure that the property and residents are well take care of. They make sure that all maintenance requests are done in a timely manner and work tirelessly to answer any questions one may have about their account. They are the reason why this property and community is such a beautiful place to live filled with such wonderful residents who make this more than just an apartment complex but a home. They really care about their residents and one can see that they love their job and do such exemplary work in making sure that all the tenants and office staff are on the same page when it comes to policies that are implemented to improve the complex and community life. They most definitely deserve a raise and make such amazing team. Without them, the community wouldn't be what it is today. A safe, luxurious, and clean place to live. Moreover, they are always doing special events to make the community vote together.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe Apartment Community is nice but the rooms are small and not enough storage. The kitchen cabinets have no width or depth. It’s great for someone just starting out with their first apartment.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt's a nice neighborhood, other residents have been friendly and so far no complaints The elevator has been a game changer and made grocery shopping a breeze. We have a lovely view of the sunrise from bother bedrooms and balcony.
