They always let us know of any event that's going on or any upcoming issues that may affect the everyday life.

She introduced me to Nexus Apartments, and immediately pointed out how they addressed the exact issues I was experiencing at my current complex. She didn’t just talk about the benefits she made them relevant to my situation. Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesFor a luxury apartment and the price there should be certain amenities in the units and on the property. Other properties in the area have a price point of 100’s of dollars less then here and they have amenities like door locks and thermostats that can be controlled by their phone, ceiling fans in the rooms, gyms with more equipment and an actual gate for the property. The gates on each building with only one call box at specific gates is very inconvenient. It’s not safe because they do not always lock and this is a high foot traffic area
Being right next to the mall and Walmart. And it’s difficult to have things food delivered because delivery personnel can not find the gate. The positives of living here are location, maintenance, staff is very nice aside from the manager and Timmy , property is clean for the most part, pools are gorgeous, and the units look luxurious. I would also appreciate more unit events. For the price we pay events should be more thoughtful and frequent.

The management team is always responsive and helpful, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. I also love the modern finishes in the units and all the great amenities, especially the pool and fitness center. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live Ask for Sarah she is amazing

I love that the staff is so nice and they go above and beyond to keep this place running and looking fantastic. It’s also just a huge added bonus that we have a gym that’s open 24 7 for people with all kinds of different schedules.
