The location is great, the layout is perfect, and everything is so organized. The staff is super helpful and always available to answer questions or assist with anything I need.
The application process was super smooth, and I want to give a special shout-out to Sarah. She made everything so easy and was so kind and patient throughout the process.
I’ve really enjoyed living here so far and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNexus is one of the best locations in Brandon, close to everything you need to live a happy and active life style. The property is know to the area as a high profile community and most feel its to expensive but if you check into it you get what you pay for. This community offers a lot for singles, families, and pet's. The amenities are nice and laid out well and the most impressive rule here is the no smoking on property. Clean fresh air to wake up to, walk around or just able to sit on your balcony and enjoy. My wife and I have enjoyed the last three years here at Nexus OUR home and community.
