Not to mention the convenience of being located right next to the selmon expressway that gets me into downtown Tampa in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly community to become apart of

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSo far the move in process has been the easiest we’ve ever dealt with The application process took less than a day with approval and the option to get the keys for the apartment less than a week later. Both people in the leasing office have been there for us every day from the start along with very friendly maintenance men allowing us to use their dolly in order to make the actual moving process a lot easier. We’ve also met a lot of very friendly people in the neighborhood fully ready to help us move in if we needed and even allowed us to use their wagons Overall so far an amazing experience and happy to continue our stay here at Nexus
