Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAfter living at Nexus Brandon for one year, I can confidently say that it has been a positive experience. The apartment complex is well-maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities, such as the gym and pool, are always clean and easily accessible. The location is also convenient, with shopping and restaurants nearby. One downside I have noticed is an excess of pet waste around populated entrances and exits. However, overall, I am satisfied with my experience at Nexus Brandon.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe location of Nexus Brandon is so convenient for all shopping needs. My family’s favorite is the Florida Aquarium, which is an easy 20 minute drive from the apartments. We also love that Sam’s Club is 2 minutes away.
